  • Authentication information received from sign-in providers, including Microsoft or Google OAuth profile data you authorize the provider to share.
  • OAuth and device authorization records, such as client IDs, scopes, approval status, tokens, timestamps, and session identifiers.
  • Client and usage information, such as submitted questions, response history, connected MCP clients, and system activity needed to provide the service.

How We Use Information

  • To authenticate you and maintain your session.
  • To authorize MCP clients and other approved applications.
  • To route questions, drafts, responses, and related account activity.

Microsoft Sign-In

If you sign in with Microsoft, Microsoft may share basic profile information with Ask Harrison, such as your name, email address, and Microsoft account identifier. We use that information only to create or access your Ask Harrison account, authorize requested access, and provide the service.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, authenticate, analyze, or operate Ask Harrison. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your direction or consent.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect account access, authorization data, and service records from unauthorized access.

Data Retention
