These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ask Harrison, including Ask Harrison MCP authentication, OAuth consent, device authorization, and related client access pages provided by Dodo Digital, LLC ("Dodo Digital", "we", "us", or "our").
Acceptance
By accessing or using Ask Harrison, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the Service
Ask Harrison is provided to help authorized users submit questions, manage client access, and connect approved MCP clients or related applications. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only in accordance with these Terms.
Accounts and Authentication
You may need to sign in with Microsoft, Google, or another supported identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account, devices, and authorization approvals. You should not approve a device code or OAuth consent request unless you recognize and trust the requesting client.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Ask Harrison to violate laws or third-party rights.
- Attempt to access accounts, clients, tokens, or data you are not authorized to use.
- Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
- Submit malicious code, spam, or content intended to compromise security.
- Share access tokens, device codes, or credentials with unauthorized parties.
Client Authorizations
When you authorize an MCP client or application, that client may act within the scopes you approve. You are responsible for reviewing authorization requests before approving them. Dodo Digital may revoke or restrict access where needed for security, abuse prevention, or service integrity.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Ask Harrison at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Intellectual Property
Dodo Digital and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, and related materials. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Disclaimers
Ask Harrison is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dodo Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Ask Harrison.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Ask Harrison after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
